Shipping Policy

Shipping out items will take around 4-5 days because everything in the store is made to order items.

we use Jnt Express to ship out your package. Please be noted that if your package is lost, stolen or did not arrive you have to contact the shipping vendor regarding the issue and file a claim.

We are not responsible beyond that statement.

Return & Exchange Policy

Regarding refund and return, we do accept refund only within 24 hours of you receiving the package.

We also allow our customer to send broken items back to us but shipping fees will not be covered by us.

Be sure to send pictures of the broken items and the caused of the breakage to our email.
